With more than 20 years of international experience across the UK and GCC, he has worked closely with government leaders, sovereign stakeholders, and board-level executives to deliver complex infrastructure and technology programmes at national scale.
Simon has led the development and operation of one of the world’s largest off-grid utility environments in Saudi Arabia, integrating intelligent utility networks, IoT platforms, automation, smart metering, and connected infrastructure to create resilient, future-ready communities.
His experience includes major international developments and globally significant events, including projects associated with Expo 2020, the FIFA World Cup, and the London 2012 Olympics. Throughout his career, he has helped shape modern approaches to utility operations, smart infrastructure deployment, operational readiness, and sustainable technology integration within high-profile, mission-critical environments.
Recognised for combining strategic leadership with deep technical expertise, Simon advises clients on intelligent infrastructure, autonomous utility ecosystems, digital connectivity, and next-generation sustainable development. His background also includes senior experience with Thames Water, supporting large-scale utility and infrastructure operations in the UK.
